Tank and Meekah go to their new home tomorrow, hope it goes OK as they aren't weaned yet, but they will be getting replacement milk. Still need to sell 5, 2 girls and 3 boys.
What a freezing cold day. Preparing the shots with frozen hands was not fun. Put them all outside, and then Herbie caught and held the puppies, and I administered the shots, leaving them in the garage to make sure each puppy only had one shot. After the 4th one, I was comfortable doing them, so now, after 8, count myself a pro LOL. Didn't seem to hurt them at all, and they all seem fine, eating, playing, sleeping as usual. Mixed the de-worming powder into their food, and it was all consumed. De-wormed Anni as well, now if I can just find the 2nd box I bought, it would help !
Finished making our laundry detergent today, about 1/2 a bucket full, should last a year or more, but then, did 4 loads yesterday, so maybe not.
It's taking some time, but I'm putting all the farm accounts on computer. The setting-up is the most time consuming, making sure all the formulas are correct, the days of the month are correct, it all pulls up to a summary page, but once it's working, should be a breeze. Just input all the daily data, and can then pull all the incomings and outgoings, assets, etc. Will make tax time and the Dept of Agriculture needs that much easier, and it's too cold to work outside
