Think I'm going to have to lie in the hammock for a couple of hours to lure the cows so that I can catch Gabriel in the trailer. Sounds like a plan.
Betsi, have tiny little black bugs on the eggplants. I squish them by hand, but there is always more and they are eating the leaves. Do you know what they are ? And how I can get rid of them naturally, other than what I'm already doing ? Have decided to plant most of the tomato plants you left here around Roscos' enclosure. The fence will give wonderful support, and then at the end of the season can let the sheep in to eat what's left, that is of course, if they'll eat tomato plants.
Looks as if some of the sunflowers are popping up. Yippee. I was out there this morning watering Abby, the adult female alpaca. She likes it soooo much she quivers, and then squats in the water puddle. Her daughter, Frogz, not so fond of it, nor is Elli. Once I've got Gabriel penned and off the farm, think I'll tackle catching the alpacas and shearing them. It's far too hot to be wearing fur coats outside.
