Took the puppies on their first truck ride today. Remembered that when we picked up their parents, Anni was sick in the car and threw up numerous times, and looked ill and very unhappy. Fletch was fine. So, as the puppies will go to their new homes shortly, I thought that if I got them used to travel, that part will be less stressful for them, they will only have separation anxiety from their mum, siblings, dogs and cats, chickens, and me. Wow, it's surprising that there are more killer dogs out there, isn't it ?
Took them to the mill to collect the cow / chicken / sheep grain, and then on to visit with their father for the first time. Fletch hopped into the back of the truck as soon as I opened the door, was faced with 8 curious puppies, and back-peddled until his bum stuck out over the truck edge, and he fell out. Randy then picked him up and pushed him back to see his puppies, which I told him was cruel, as when Fletch wanted to come with me when I left last time, he was chastised, and now he is shoved into the truck ! Fletch was happier being outside the truck ! Men !!
Had a good chat with Salle tonight, and I won't be introducing the puppies to the sheep. That needs to wait until they are a little older.
Still haven't managed to get the data service on our cell phones under 3G, although it works perfectly with Wi-Fi.
Received a letter from the bank. Seemingly someone has stolen my credit card number and tried to make some abnormal purchases. So, cut it up, and they will send me a new one. Wow, never ever thought anyone would want to steal my identity, as a foreigner, my credit score is not great as my history is too short. Oh well, live and learn.
Successfully dried garlic. Now just to vacuum wrap it and store it. Glad it worked.
